A marketplace that matches brands with creators

The situation

A founding team had validated demand for a marketplace that connects brands with creators for paid campaigns. They had no engineering capability to build it. The product had to work for both sides from day one: creators join and find brands running campaigns, brands join and find creators to engage. A marketplace where one side joins and sees nothing is not a marketplace.

What we did

We built it as two apps sharing one platform. The hard problem for a two-sided marketplace is the cold start: both sides have to find value, or neither does.

Brands get a full campaign workflow: brief, shortlist, approvals, delivery check, payout. Creators get discovery and delivery: find briefs, run accepted campaigns, get paid when the brand signs off.

Matching that works on more than follower count. Payments on a reconciled ledger so brands and creators both trust the money. AI where it earns its keep. Infrastructure that scales when it needs to and costs close to nothing when idle.
