The situation
Field technicians and inspectors working across client sites, with job assignment, progress and reporting running on phone calls, spreadsheets and paperwork that reached the office days late. The business had no reliable view of what was happening in the field today.

What we did
We built an offline-first field service platform. Offline-first because inspection sites frequently have no usable connectivity, and an app that requires a signal is an app that doesn't get used. Technicians work normally wherever they are, and the data reconciles when they're back online.
Digital inspection forms with photo and sign-off capture replace paper. Client-facing reports generate from what the technician captured, so nobody re-types anything. A management dashboard shows live job status, technician location and completion trends across the fleet.
In the client's words
Before Vivanet built this for us, half our day went into chasing paperwork from the field. The app ended that. Our inspectors work on-device even where there is no signal, we see what is happening on site in real time, and the client report that used to take someone an afternoon to type up is produced from what they captured.

The outcome
Field data reaching the office the same day rather than days later, and a reporting step that used to be manual re-entry now generated from source.
